Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of biblical Counselors. He serves as a Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications and is also a contributing writer in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne has three children with his wife Leslie.
